The slide-out on our motorhome wasn’t working. We were on the road and they made us an appointment right away. We got there one day early, and they checked us in then, diagnosed and replaced the motor on the slide with 3 hours that same day, and we were on our way. Ervin Ramirez was our service rep. He is outstanding – professional, courteous, patient, encouraging, and made us feel like he really cared about us as a customer. We have been to Leisure Coachworks a number of times, and it is our preferred shop even though we live in Oregon now. We have had nothing but exceptional service and work from them. I highly recommend this shop.

It was the best case scenario. Everyone working there is above the best. And nice and polite. We will go back without question.

Great service and very knowledgeable

Leisure Coachworks installed Big Foot Levelers on my motorhome. Looking underneath the coach all lines were routed neatly and secured to the frame. The job was done at the price quoted and on time. What else can I say. They did what they said they would for the price they said they would in the time frame promised. I am very pleased with the work.

I recently had some work done on my Alpha, not only was the service great but the timing was awesome. Juan in service kept me well informed and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was wanting. Conrad in parts had assisted me 6mos prior and was also very prompt and informative. I drove over 8hrs round trip to get work done after being highly recommended to go there and I will never go anywhere else! Thanks again Juan!

We had our floor replaced, a new recliner sofa installed, some inside trim work. They are terrific to work with and very responsive. We even, at the last minute, asked for slide outs for our pantry. Ervin had no problem with getting it done! We highly recommend them and will use them again!
